Update on Support Platform Migration
Following our recent migration to the new Support Platform on Saturday, September 14, we discovered that some customers were unable to claim their support accounts through the link provided in the Welcome email.
To address this, our Support Team will be sending a new email with updated links to help affected users easily claim their accounts. This updated email will be sent to any user who has not yet completed their registration by Monday, September 16, at 6 PM CT.
