Identified

We are currently investigating an issue that resulted in a delay of log messages in the EMEA West region due to upstream maintenance performed by one of our infrastructure providers.

While the underlying cause has been identified, some customers may continue to experience intermittent delays or performance degradation in log processing. Our teams are actively working to resolve the residual impact and restore full service performance.
