LogicMonitor will be performing maintenance to our Topology Mapping services during our normal maintenance window on 6/4/2020 between 8:00PM-11:00PM CT (6/5/2020 1:00AM-4:00AM UTC +0).
During this window customers located in our AMER - WEST Region can expect up to 5 minutes of downtime to their Topology Mapping service.
Please note once the maintenance has been completed Topology Maps may take up to 12 hours to restore to full functionality depending on the collection interval set on the related TopologySources in use. Most LogicMonitor core TopologySources have a default collection interval of 1 hour or less and should not take longer than that to fully restore.
