Identified -
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the delivery of certain alert emails in Gov environments.
Although alerts are being generated as expected, they are not consistently leaving the delivery pipeline, and the underlying cause appears to involve multiple components in the email flow.
Initial investigative steps are underway, and we are expanding analysis across the relevant services to isolate the source of the disruption. Further updates will be provided as we learn more and work toward restoration of normal alert delivery.
