[Resolved] LogicMonitor currently had a Partial Service Disruption which affected a subset of our customers, from 05:35-05:45 PT (13:35-13:45 UTC). We have resolved the issue but some customers may have noticed some gaps in graphs, Collector Down alerts, and partial portal inaccessibility. [Investigating] LogicMonitor has received internal reports from a subset of our customers homed in our DC4 datacenter not being able to access their accounts, as well as Alerts, was interrupted during this period. We are currently investigating these reports, we will post updates once we have more information.
